Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in the original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the security seal remains intact and all accessories are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Print and attach the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and retain your receipt; once received and inspected at our boutique, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
